Discover your next career move
1:1 coaching for mid-career professionals ready for an intentional career move that fits their interests, strengths, values, and lifestyle.
What is career coaching?
At its core, coaching is a relationship — one rooted in curiosity, trust, and possibility.
Mid-career is often a moment of quiet reckoning. You’ve built a solid foundation - and yet, something inside you is stirring. Maybe your work no longer feels aligned or your life and priorities have changed. Maybe you’re asking: What’s next? or What do I really want now?
That’s where I come in.
Coaching offers space to explore what you want, and what you no longer want, in your professional life. Together, we’ll make sense of your story, reconnect with your values and priorities, and uncover the clarity you need to move forward.
Who I work with
I work with mid-career professionals who are ready to dig into what's next for them – whether that's a complete career pivot, shifting roles, or figuring out how to better align their work with what actually matters to them as their priorities change.
My clients usually come to me when they're feeling stuck or restless, knowing they want something different but not quite sure what that looks like or how to get there. They've built up experience and expertise, but now they're questioning whether they're on the right path and how to start down a new one.
How I coach
I've been where you are. After spending years building expertise in peacebuilding and international development, I found myself questioning whether I was on the right path — successful on paper but burned out and feeling like something was missing. That journey led me to coaching, where I now get to support others to navigate similar crossroads.
My approach is multi-disciplinary and bridges the practical with the emotional side of career change: I'm here to ask the questions that help you think more clearly, challenge the stories you might be telling yourself, and create space for you to figure out what actually makes sense for your life. You don’t have to have it all figured out, you just need to be willing to explore.
Is coaching right for you?
Career coaching makes sense if you're at a point in your career where you've proven yourself professionally but find yourself questioning what comes next. Maybe you're successful by external measures but feeling unfulfilled, or you're curious about a different path but unsure how to make the leap without starting over.
You don't need to show up with all the answers or crystal-clear goals. Sometimes the best breakthroughs happen when we start with "I know something needs to shift, but I'm not sure what." My job is to create space for you to think out loud, challenge assumptions that might be holding you back, and help you see possibilities you hadn't considered.
I offer an initial complimentary conversation
Finding the right coach matters. That’s why I offer an initial complimentary conversation — to get a sense of what brings you to coaching, what you’d hope to get out of working with a coach, and see if we're a good fit to work together.
We might be a good fit if...
You’re a mid-career professional feeling stuck or ready for something new
You’re craving more meaning, fulfillment, or alignment in your work
You’ve outgrown your current role or industry, but aren’t sure what’s next
You’re open to honest reflection, curious exploration, and thoughtful action
